Had a fantastic dinner in this restaurant with the special occasion when i visited this place. With fine dining concpet, you can see the elegance vibe on their decoration and how their staff serve you with a great attitude. Ambience and Service 5/5 for sure, checked.
Special occasion that i told you before is a collaboration between this restaurant and michelin star chef Aidan Mcgarth from the wild honey inn, the first inn from ireland to be awarded a michelin star. In this dinner occasion they serve me with their crab cocktail, burrata, charred cured organic salmon, fillet of wagyu beef and poached pineapple.
Among that menu, my favourite one goes to their burrato with a super fresh ingredients such as their tomato and watermelon. It's refreshing in your mouth and second menu is of course fillet of wagyu beef! I love their bearnaise sauce and for the meat itself no complaint since it's perfect for me. Don't forget their dessert poached pineapple with wonderful pineapple sorbet which brings the sensation of sourness in this dessert. It was a great experience
