I love pasta, and finding good pasta can be challenging. However, the pasta here in Scarlett Blok M is bellissima! 
We began with pasta puttanesca, originating from Naples, known as the capital of good food in Italy. There's a saying that the farther south you go, the better the food, the prettier the girl, and the uglier the car. 


The puttanesca at Scarlett is umami and comfort on a plate; simple ingredients, yet the genius behind it creates something out of nothing. I had a chat with the genius behind Scarlett.
The second pasta, Ligurian pesto reminds me the cute trio of Luca from Cinque Terre and this is her rendition. Perfecto! 


 She is such a humble and genuine person. She shared that there will be more different shapes of pastas and sauces unique to different regions of Italy. I'm excited to try more of her creations in the future.
