Sukiyaki Beef Dry Ramen (45k), Sukiyaki Beef Tamago Don (45k), and Tsukune Chicken Balls (20k)
Sukiyaki Beef Tamago Don was made of sukiyaki beef with butter rice, tamago scramble, sweet corn, shiso, and nori. Sukiyaki Beef Dry Ramen was made of egg noodles in shoyu XO Sauce, fried onion, onsen tamago, shiso, and nori. I liked the ramen, it was quite chewy.
Nasi Kulit Komplit (28k) and Nasi Kulit Jamur Goreng (20k).
Nasi Kulit Komplit was made of chicken skin, rice, fried cabbage, tofu / tempe, and chicken. While Nasi Kulit Jamur Goreng was made of chicken skin, rice, fried mushroom, and fried cabbage. I liked the crispy skin, it was very crispy and the chili was spicy and good. ⠀
Chicken Katsu Set, Yaki Udon, Spicy Double Salmon Cheese Roll
Chicken Katsu Set (95k), Yaki Udon (85k), Spicy Double Salmon Cheese Roll (75k) Chicken Katsu Set was made of deep-fried chicken katsu with tonkatsu sauce, miso soup, salad, and chawanmushi. Yaki Udon was made of fried Japanese noodles and vegetables with tonkatsu sauce. Spicy Double Salmon Cheese Roll was made of salmon roll with additional salmon and mozarella cheese.
Gaucho Burger (95k) and Smoked Beef Sandwich (80k) Gaucho Burger is made of double patty with cheddar cheese, egg, tomato, lettuce, and french fries. Smoked Beef Sandwich is made of smoked brisket, mozarella, coleslaw, and french fries.
Mentaiko Creamy Soba (115k), Soft Pork Belly with Cous Cous (145k), Tuna Tataki with Matcha Wasabi Cream (79k), Beef Korokke (78k), Hojicha Tiramisu (80k), and Ice Coffee Panna Cotta (60k) by @narajkt. ⠀ Here were new menus from @narajkt starting from entree, main course, and desserts. The Mentaiko Creamy Soba was very creamy and the crispy fish skin gave a crunchy flavor to the soba. I also liked the juicy and tenderness on the pork belly in Soft Pork Belly with Cous Cous, it melted in your mouth. And for the desserts, I liked the presentation of Hojicha Tiramisu. It was made of vanilla sponge cake, hojicha cream, and genmaicha sabayon.
Saikoro Steak (265k), Unagi Kabayaki Donburi (175k), Pork Roll (55k) Saikoro Steak is meltique beef cube steak (200gr) with assorted vegetables and Fujin signature sauce. Unagi Kabayaki Donburi is teppan-grilled unagi (100gr) with kabayaki sauce on Japanese steamed rice. Pork Roll is teppan-grilled pork roll stuffed with vegetables and stewed beef tendon drizzled with spicy mayo. The food was good, the meat was tender and juicy. The portion was also quite big, but the small thing to note was the service was a bit slow even though not many customers coming. ⠀
