Fire Nanban (43k) and Triple Sauce Roast Beef (55k)
The fire nanban is quite spicy, the chicken is very crispy and tender, I love their seasoning so much. For the roast beef, they used a tenderloin, so it is quite tender. I also like their white sauce. It is a good comfort food with moderate portion.⠀

Gado Gado (40k)
It is made of fresh vegetables with peanut sauce and crackers. i really like their peanut sauce, it is very thick and creamy. The portion is also quite big.⠀

During independence day month, @nudlesid launched some new menu called Mie Kreasi Nusantara (Archipelago Creation Noodle). On frame: Mie Coto Makassar (55k), Mie Goreng Sapi Balado (68k), Mie Cakalang (68k), and Mie Empal Gulai (52k). I like their Mie Goreng Sapi Balado more. It has a balanced flavor from the vegetables, egg, noodle, and the balado beef. ⠀

Bakmi Palu Besar (55k) and Nasi Campur (45k)
The noodle is a big one similar like lomie but thinner, it has a very rich pork flavor. The toppings are so generous, consisting of crispy pork, charsiu, fried wonton, and wonton. I like their crispy pork, really cripsy and well-cooked. But, their topping on nasi campur is quite few.⠀

Melted Mozzarella Cheese Fried Chicken (81.5k)
It is a stacked of waffle or pancake, deep fried boneless chicken thigh with cheese sauce, torched mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top. The portion is quite big. The chicken is very tender and savory. I like it so much.

450gr Wagyu Backribs (175k)
You also got two side dishes, i choose coleslaw and mashed potatoes. The ribs are quite tender, but the bbq is too sweet for me.⠀

Spiced Coffee, Pakora Bites (55k), Mango Prawn Papaya Salad (75k), Khao Soi Noodle (90k), and Cookie Skillet (45k)
I added the spices to the coffee, it tasted like a combination of jamu and coffee, quite unique. For the Pakora Bites, it is made from chickpeas and very crunch. I also liked the Mango Prawn Papaya Salad so much, it was very fresh, had a balance sweet and sour taste.

They have a wide range of ingredients. First, you take the bowl. Choose the ingredients thay you like. Tuhwn, you choose the level of spicyness. They will cook your chosen ingredients: fried style or soup style. Personally, I like their fried one (Mala Xiang Quo) and not too spicy. Watch out your numbing tongue from mala! 😂😅 Besides Mala dishes, they also served Mantao. I tried their beef yakiniku mantao (35k). The beef is quite juicy and very rich flavor. Too bad, their braised pork is out of stock when i visited it. ⠀

Coconut Cacao (47k)
It is a parfait with the combination of chocolate pudding, coconut brownies, and coconut original ice cream. The ice cream has a unique flavor of coconut and their brownies is very soft.
