Why you will love it ❤ 1. Char Siu Sheng Jian Bao tastes divine! The outer layer just has a very slight crisp and the insides are savoury and sweet, with the sweetness more dominating. This is great for people who love their savoury dishes a bit sweet. But if you do not like your chicken too sweet, another menu would be recommended. I personally love it. 2. Staff is friendly and attentive. 3. Ambience is lovely, a modern take on Chinese interior. The colours are bold and aesthetic. All Fook Yew branches are beautifully designed.
What could be improved 🙏 1. Food is on the pricier side, but I think compared to the taste it is worth it. 2. Har Gao does not have a rich shrimp taste like usual, maybe this is a one time thing because most of the time I go to Fook Yew the Har Gao never disappoints.

Why you will love it ❤ 1. Ambience is great during twilight to night time, because the sun rays enter the restaurant. The place becomes really nice and bright. 2. Modern kind of Thai cuisine, as reflected in the interior of restaurant. 3. Shrimp in Pad Thai is actually quite large and generous considering the price. 4. Thai food that is more on affordable side. 5. I like how they serve drinks without straw.
What could be improved 🙏 1. Thai tea usually has a slight element of bitterness. When I visited, it was just sweet. Quite a shame, because the drink has potential. Perhaps reduce the sugar/condensed milk usage would be better. 2. Kwetiaw Pad Thai Shrimp lacks spiciness and sour element. A great pad thai is a balance of all flavours. Even with the lime squezed, it lacks sourness. Plus, they do not serve this with chilli powder which is weird because pad thai with chilli powder is a must. To top it all off, they seem to run out of it when I visited here.

Why you will love it ❤ 1. The best dish of the night was Crispy Potato Pave. At a glance, even though the dish has a beautiful presentation, it looks simple. But once you taste it, it's an epitome of a dish that highlights the magnificent taste of each ingredient. Eat it whole in one bite to obtain the perfect experience! The potato stacks adds an interesting element of crunch, spicy beef tartare is just a bit spicy to add that slight kick and black caviar on top. This is the dish that love songs are inspired by. It's exquisite, intriguing and and definitely an experience you will never forget. 2. Carpaccio Al Tarturo looks lovely, but it tastes even better than it looks. With beef tenderloin, black truffle and garlic roasted aoli the dish manages to feature the balance of taste of all ingredients. It has even a slightly cheesy taste, but nope it's actually the garlic! The truffle is also quite generously given on this dish. Italy on a plate. 3. Funghi E Pepperoni. What makes it special is the dough has rested for two days, this allows the yeast to work on itself and won’t trouble our stomach. The dough is served with beef pepperoni, mushroom meddley and mozzarella. Since the chef is always going around the restaurant to talk with the guests, now we know the right way to eat pizza! Eat with your hands, fold it, eat the topping and a bit of the crust so you get a nice balance. 4. Seafood Linguine Piccanti is made of chili linguine, clams, mussels, prawns with spicy pink sauce. They keep it simple here so it’s all about making sure the ingredients are the star and skillful cooking technique that shows off the taste of great ingredients. 5. Cotoletta Ala Torinese is a bit on the saltier side, but turns out that is because they add a sprinkle of sea salt on top. It’s chicken cutlet using turkey ham and provolone cheese. The pasta uses angel hair, but for all the menu here you could request if you would prefer another kind of pasta instead. The angel hair pasta is rich in truffle flavour, but I think it would be interesting to see this dish with another kind of pasta. One of the favourites in this restaurant. 6. For drinks, the Mediterraneo was delicious. That combo between kiwi, passion fruit, cranberries and sparkling water is refreshing. It's quite sour, so if you prefer your drinks sweet, do order something else. But if you like it sour and refreshing this is it! 7. For desserts, I had Tiramisu Classico and Affogatto Alla Nutella. Tiramisu is great if you do not like dishes that are too overwhelmingly sweet. Affogatto Alla Nutella is better if you enjoy sweet fudge brownies, paired with hazelnut semifreddo and espresso crema inglese. If you like both, order both. Life is too short to not enjoy two desserts in a meal, no? 8. Service is friendly, attentive and the staff can explain the menu well. Always appreciate restaurants that train their team well. The warm staff really ensures you to be spoiled and enjoy a fine-dining experience, including the chef who often comes around the tables asking how you find the dishes. 9. Lovely ambience, it’s classy and elegant, a reflection of the food and service they have here. 10. For thursday, friday and saturday they have live music. The restaurant is closed on sunday, so plan your visit accordingly.
What could be improved 🙏 1. The greeter in front should always be present. When I entered, seems like he/she was busy. Since the restaurant is on the higher-end, the greeter to direct guests to the seat would be fantastic. 2. Seafood Linguine Piccanti tastes beautiful. With that being said, the pasta was a bit on the oily side. Turns out, this is the oil from the seafood (which is great because all that flavours, yum!), but you can request to reduce the oiliness here, so don’t worry about that. We like the flavour, but if it were less oily, would have been even better. 3. For us, Cotoletta Ala Torinese was already good even without the little sprinkle of salt on top. Do request for sea salt on the side (if you would like to add a bit of salt on top), so you can control the saltiness level yourself. 4. The price is a bit higher here, but this is a fine-dining experience, and if you take into account the ambience, service and of course the fantastic food, every Rupiah you spend here is worth it. It’s not just eating, but an experience you will always remember.

What could be improved 🙏 Genuinely think they should switch their loose tea brand served. While I do understand this is a coffee shop, not everyone drinks coffee 😉 and the chamomile here lacks taste and not really fragrant. With that being said, service was fast which is exactly what you need in an airport cafe.
Why you will love it ❤ 1. That fall off the bone kind of ribs. What I love about Leko is that the meat quality is great. Very little fat, so it is highly enjoyable for those who do not like their ribs fatty. It's perfectly cooked so it's nice and tender. 2. The sambal is great. I recommend ordering spicy because even the spicy flavour is not too spicy. Super enjoyable. Add a bit of soy sauce if you prefer it with a hint of sweetness. But even without soy sauce it's great. 3. Sup otot has a lovely broth. Divine. Not a fan of otot, but that broth goes well with the ribs and rice. Yummmmy. 4. Fast and great service considering the place is packed!
What could be improved 🙏 1. Portion is not that big. But since this is a great dish you will leave happy and satisfied. Order another vegetable dish or a sidedish (or another portion of ribs - hey, won't judge). 2. Compared to the portion, it's on the pricier side. However compared to the price it's worth it! 3. Spacing between table is kept at a bare minum. Go for the sofa tables which would be a bit more spacious.
Why you will love it ❤ 1. Great deal for dim sum considering the price. 2. We loveee the Gao Zi. They add coriander here now (from our last visit they seem to not add it). Yeay!!! Though I wish they could be a tad bit more generous 😉. Genuinely think that the coriander adds a beautiful layer of flavour you cannot get anywhere else. 3. Ha Kau is a classic, and they make good Ha Kau. Not the best we have tried, but definitely one of the good ones especially considering the price.
What could be improved 🙏 Gao Zi here somehow the sauce is not too thick. I do prefer the sauce to be not too watery because that's where the flavour comes in and portion seems to be smaller compared to other branches.

Why you will love it ❤ 1. Sauce is generous. Various branches differ in sauce generousity, but the one in PIM 2 is generous. Genuinely hate it when my Doner Kebab is dry, this one is uber generous. Dripping in special sauce is how I prefer my Doner Kebab. 2. Portion is quite generous. 3. Fast and friendly service. 4. Various branches available.
What could be improved 🙏 I do wish they had more protein filling. While the portion was generous, I think they had more vegetables compared to the lamb especially since it's priced at 40K. However, as long as they do not reduce the portion and quantity of sauce price is still reasonable.
Why you will love it ❤ 1. Taraso, how do I even start? Taraso is the home of two of my favourite dishes. Dendeng basah and Ayam Kecap. Combine the two, that must be how the food in Hogwarts taste like. Magic. 2. Dendeng basah is tender in texture. You get plenty of red chilli which has a very slight tanginess, but mostly sweet. No it is not too spicy. Eat this with generous ayam kecap sauce drizzled on top. The dendeng basah is sort of like your favourite person. You know when every thing in the world goes wrong, the dendeng basah never disappoints. 3. Ayam Kecap is a specialty of Taraso. That large green chilli and the tenderness of the Ayam Kecap must be how the food from the heavens taste like. 4. Please do kindly order the sayur sawi. I mean the singkong is nice, but everywhere else it tastes the same. But that vegetable... Combined with dendeng and ayam. You get an awesome combo that only Taraso is able to perfect.
What could be improved 🙏 Rice when I visited could do a bit more cooking. Albeit still enjoyable, if the rice was a perfect texture the meal would have been out of the world.

Why you will love it ❤ 1. That peanut sauce is yummmm. Just the perfect balance between tangy, sweet and savoury. The sauce is generous so all the vegetables and krupuk can bathe in the beautifulness that is the sauce. 2. Vegetables are fresh and super generous in portion. 3. That peanut sauce and krupuk is honestly a match made in heaven. Like Shawn and Camila, Ron and Hermione, Ted and Robin. Just meant to be. 4. Strategically located, just an MRT ride away.

What could be improved 🙏 1. This branch of Kkuldak does not have a seating place unfortunately so you cannot enjoy the chicken while it's hot. 2. I think they only added a bit of the mustard which is why that slight spicy taste is a bit lacking. While the Kkuldak is usually perfectly fried, the chicken I had here were a tad bit overcooked. 3. A bit on the pricier side, but considering the taste and portion I think it's worth it.
