This particular Sate Khas Senayan is located in Terminal 3 of the Soekarno-Hatta airport in Cengkareng. Considering the current state of restaurants in that Terminal, Sate Khas Senayan is argueably the best place to grab a quick meal while waiting to undergo the check in proccess.

Their interior is very decent, with some electricity plugs under the chairs. Perfect for those who need to shove some juice for their phone while having a meal.

They serve Indonesian culinary delights such as Nasi Uduk, Nasi Liwet and of course their renown various types of Satay.

I had their Nasi Uduk for dinner while waiting for a friend to depart. What came was a jolly meal with a lot of elements including a fritter, two sticks of satay, pieces of chicken, eggs and of course the spicy peanut sauce which made the dish officialy a "Nasi Uduk".

Though the food cost a tad bit more than their other branches outside of the airport, it is still worth awhile because of the practicality offered.

Dua Nyonya is one of the coziest place to get lunch in Cikini vicinity. Their speciality is Indonesian food, all of their menu are something you would see being cooked in typical Indonesian household.

This restaurant is emanating vintage vibe with their decorations and interior. Having lunch here is like having lunch at your grandma's house in the village.

The food they offer are great. Their fried appetizers such as Tempe Mendoan and Bakwan Jagung are the guilty pleasures that are worth the calories.

I had my lunch here several time already. The one in the picture was Ayam Goreng Kalasan.

7 Speed Coffee is an edgy coffee shop in the Panglima Polim vicinity. It is quite spacious with a lot of ornaments that managed to make this coffee shop a homey place. Paintings, plants are aplenty in this place.

They offer various beverages such as tea and coffee, and also food that will make your mouth anticipate deliciousness.

Yesterday, I had their Peach Tea and Lasagna for brunch. The atmosphere made me linger for a tad bit too long, while the food added the lazy element to that day.

A cute coffee shop in the same floor as its sister, Midore Japanese Restaurant and Bersih Sehat. Midori Coffee has cozy interior with wooden floor, tables and chairs. A nice place to linger around enjoying a lazy day.

Midori Coffew coffee offers mainly coffee, tea and pastry. I had their Royal Milk Tea and croffle.

The Royal Milk Tea has the perfect balance of creaminess, sweetness and the taste of the tea. The sweet croffle was the perfect companion.

Having a meal at Pelangi Seafood Makassar will definitely add another unique page to your Indonesian culinary encyclopedia. As the name suggested, this restaurant offer traditional cuisine from Makassar such as Sop Konro, Ikan Bandeng Pallu Kaloa and many others.

Most of the food they're offering are foreign for me as I haven't had the pleasure to have Makassar food often. However this place also have "safe" menus that are most probably known by the ordinary Joes such as Cumi Goreng Mentega, Ayam Goreng Telur Asin

I had their Mie Titi and also Es Pisang Ijo for lunch a few weeks ago. Mie Titi was actually fried vermincell served with seafood soup on the side. This was the first time I had such dish. The crispiness of the fried vermincelli combined with the rich taste of the seafood soup had made my lunch a unique one.

The Es Pisang Ijo was also a must have! The dessert consist of a banana wrapped in somekind of green dough served with crushed ice smothered in syrup, coconut milk and condensed milk. The sweet yet a bit savory dessert was worth another treadmill session.

Gyujin Teppan in Pasar Baru is among the food tenant in the recently-opened-the-next-hype-edgy-hangout place called Post Bloc. It is located in the same vicinity as Starbucks Filatelli.

Gyujin offers Japanese style grilled fish, chicken and beef. They also have noodles and fried rice.

In the very first of my visit to a restaurant, I usually had their signature dish. For Gyujin, their signature dish were their beef, chicken or fish steak teppanyaki.

I had their Fish Steak Teppanyaki which came with a glass of ocha and a bowl of miso. Their ocha was frankly quite bland, it would've been better just to drink water. Their miso was decent. Their main course was quite tasty.

Saturdays is a cute coffee shop with a lot of pastel colours for their interior. It is located in Grand Indonesia next to a big glass windows from which you can practice "people watching". It is actually has become my favorite spot from all of Grand Indonesia.

They mainly offer snacks such as cookies along with tea and coffee.

I had their package of Earl Grey Latte with a large cookie. The Earl Grey Latte was perfect. The right amount of sweetness and creaminess. The cookie was chewy, a perfect companion for a slow day.
