My son have birthday here today on 28th October 2018, and it was totally mess. The staff couldnt cordinating to serve food well (even the head chef is still discussing food vouchers when the event starts, even though it's been explained and discussed in the meeting for 2 weeks). The chinese indonesian boss cannot communicate very well, there is two or three bos here, every boss want to win their arguement. We follow the instruction from the beggining with with all their hassles. In the end, we have a mouth fight here.

At the last quarrel the boss was so rude she said, "don't accept rude guests like this". so from the beginning we are considered obedient and gentle until we are underestimated. we pay for bad service, the distribution of food to all my guests also chaotic, even with impolite words (like an assistant boss named talking to my cousin and mother in-law which person in charge of this party by pointing his finger).

We bring almost 150+ peoples here. You know what the boss say also? After 6pm we need you clean up the party otherwise we charge additional 10%. I dont really understand because from the start they not saying of agreement like this. Many cousins still eat and they ask me to clean up? This is restaurant, not a ballroom in hotel, every people have their right to eat how long it tooks. For what charging of 10%? From the party start (my wife help to decoration here from 11am) until 6pm I dont see any high traffic customer who want to eat here, and their still complaining about time (not to be more 6pm). The decorating team cannot enter to work because the restaurant asked at 2pm to start even though the event was 3pm. From the beginning meeting with manager staff here, it was scheduled to be at 9 o'clock and had begun decorating.

Not recommended restaurant. Never thinking come here again forever. Any other customers who want to fill bad experience could start here if you want.
