Overall, the soup base were quite authentic, would not recommend “bakso/otak-otak udang” since the texture is too soft to even chew. The rice needs to cook with more water, it’s too hard to digest. The first time we enter the resto, we could spin a roulette to win a prize. All the cutleries seems to be hygienic. The head server was very nice, tried to explain and assist as much as she can. But, the server that got us the bill sucks. The bill was printed with bad ink so the number “6” and “8” cannot be seen clearly, we asked for more clarity, the server was annoyed with us because we asked her to recheck several times. (she always “ckkk!” every time we ask). We were billed around 800k-ish when our initial order was 600k-ish. Finally, we counted our orders manually BY OURSELF just to justify our argument with the annoyed server. She finally gets it (after arguing with customer for quite a time). Quite disappointed, had some high expectation since there were many flower arrangements outside the place (thought the place was a very well known Chinese resto).
