I love its food and ambience until the second time i visited. I experinced an unpleasant treatment from a woman whom i believe the manager of Greyhound. That incident happened when i planned to choose a seat after i entered the restaurant. Turns out all the indoor seats have been booked for an event. Its waiter/waitres welcoming us at the door didn't tell anything and let us to choose a seat. That woman sitting next to us called a waitress while pointing a finger to us. We saw her gesture and made us feel uncomfortable, though we were offered another spot to seat. It has changed our mood and decided not to eat there. I think etiquette and manners should be subject to be taught before hiring your employees.
