The service itself is actually good, but there were cats roaming indoors, even jumping onto chairs, and not much effort was made to ensure customer comfort. The owner, who seems to own the cats, also doesn't seem to care much. I ordered a 50k matcha latte, but it tasted bland, almost like plain water. Overall, it's not worth the price. Outdoor seating is okay for hanging out, but indoors is a big no. Additionally, I was given a drink without a straw
