It doesn't take much for a steakhouse to make me happy: steak done rightly and reasonable price-to-value.
Ordered a sous-vide wagyu sirloin and felt really satisfied. The meat was nicely seared and seasoned with a right amount of garlicky dressing on top of it. It is juicy, a bit crispy on the outside with a tenderness that melts in your mouth. At the end, it left a light buttery sensation that is pleasing to the palate.
Price-value is reasonable by all means. It beats all of their competitors within the similar market segment. Can tell easily that its meat quality is higher than those selling at the same price point.
