My favorite sweet drink in Jakarta is Domo Domo! It is located in PIK Avenue on the second floor at Dotonbori, near Shigeru and Zenbu. The store has just opened on mid February 2023 and it is under Dum Dum Group.
I tried several menu and my favorites are: - Ogura Domochi Matcha Milk (Fresh milk plus Matcha with red bean and mini mochi as toppings) - IDR 30k; - Kinako Domochizu Oolong Soy Milk Tea (Oolong Tea with Soy Milk, Cream Cheese and on the top of it there is Mochi Stick consist of 3 Mochi balls) - IDR 36k; - Matcha Mochi Dessert (Matcha ice cream with many toppings on it such as Grass Jelly, Mochi Balls, Mochi Mini, Red Bean, Slice Almond and Sakura Jelly) - IDR 39k; and - Souffle Pancake Oreo Chizu Brulee - IDR 22k
Mochi balls are so DELICIOUS! It is chewy and the level of sweetness is just right by dipping to cream cheese. We can buy additional mochi balls, 1 cup consists of 6 mochi balls for IDR 25k.
