Water morning glory, beef and quail egg. Using hot plate is like a doble edged sword, it cuts both way. In one side, it keeps the dish hot and increases your appetite. In the other side, it loses its consistency and become overcooked. The water morning glory was a bit overcooked and lost its crispiness. The gravy was a bit too sweet too. I prefer the savoury one instead of the sweet one. I didn't eat the quail egg so I can say nothing bout that (It takes up to 5 chicken eggs to equal just one equail egg. Can you imagine how many cholesterol that tiny little egg contains). Despite of what I just said, the taste was quite good. It's just a matter of preferences.
