Sate Maulana Yusuf is located at Maulana Yusuf Street, next to Dukomsel parking building to be exact.

The place was quite basic but still clean and neat with a lot of fresh air, so don't be afraid of the sate smoke from the grilling process because there was no sate smoke at all.

Ordered Sate Ayam that consists of skewered then grilled chicken meat, liver, and gizzard served with Saus Kacang (Indonesian traditional grilled peanut sauce) and Sambal Kecap (Indonesian traditional sauce made from sweet soy sauce), bird-eye chilies, and onions.

The Sate Ayam was good, but the best part was the grilled chicken liver and gizzard, their textures and flavours were great!!

The service was also good and fast.
