Bahagia banget akhirnya ke Akiraback lagi dan cobaiin menu2 lainnya, beneran ini tempat sih all in 1 perfect resto. Semuanya Enakkkkk!
Below is several menu that i had during my 2nd visit
1. Tuna Pizza - of course this is a must, Akira's tuna pizza is to die for, too good to be true, and i love to called it as a comfort food, So so gooood!

2. Salmon Aburi - the thin slice salmon, and the seasoning blends well and taste so good!

3. Hirame Carpaccio - my 1st time trying halibut sashimi, taste super fresh and so great, the nanbazu sauce was also taste super yummy!
4. UnaQ - the combination of unagi, seared foie gras and balsamic teriyaki, were deff a bite of happiness, the yummiest foie gras i had so far. 

5. Popcorn Shrimp - crispy chicken with slightly spicy sauce, this dish is my other fave, i surely can finish whole plate by myself.
6. AB Tacos - a whole new level of taco with scrumptious and juicy wagyu kalbi, crispy juicy and yummy, no wonder this menu is one of customer's fave other than tuna pizza.

7. Oxtail Bun - oxtail, mini bun, taste yummy tho i dont eat the kimchi dressing ( i dont like veggies)

8. Crispy Rice - my favorite after the tuna pizza, the cajun tuna, crispy rice and the sauce blends well and taste superrr yummy, yes, i am a salmon lover and i never like tuna unless it is from akiraback.
9. Perfect Storm - spicy tuna, salmon belly aburi two goodness all in 1, so as stated on the name, it is seriously a perfect storm in my mouth. 

10. Brother from another mother - another unagi and foie gras combination, and yes another perfection all in one bite.
11. 48 hours wagyu short ribs - tender and moist, no need lots of efforts to chew the meat, taste good even without the sauce. 

12. Porterhouse - coffee coated steak, i thought the taste will be bitter but i was so wrong, taste super nice and it is blends well along with the sweet corn.

13. Jidori chicken - i never taste chicken dishes as yummy as jidori chicken, truffled potato puree and an extra shaved black truffle has sucessfully made the taste beyond great.
14. Yuzu Granita - a super fresh dessert to end our feast, it was a lil bit sour but if you eat it along with the coconut foam, the taste will be nice and unique.
None of the foods were disappointing all of them were yummy beyond words can describe. Service was also excellent. A perfect all in one resto. A must visit and a must try, deff worth every pennies.
