Review Pelanggan untuk Arts Cafe - Raffles Jakarta Hotel

Went here for the dinner on sunday night. Knowing that there has a credit card promo using bca you will have to pay 1 for 2 so definetely bring my partner into this. I spent 460k nett/pax for buffet dinner on sunday night exclude the drinks.

Drinks are quite pricey i order mineral water for 75k and tea for 65k

Disini bisa buffet dan serve course special for customers, ada 5 special course yang tiap hari bedabeda menu nya.

1. Chili crab bun : ini signature dish di arts cafe. Bun nya pake black ink jd warna hitam dan didalamnya daging crab. Saus chili nya juga lengkapin bgt nih not spicy kok. Enakkk!

2. Foie gras : gak suka foie gras huhu padahal menu mahal nih! Cuma dimakan dikit2 akhirnya abis juga sambil dicocol pke saus blueberry disampingnya.

3. Cauliflower soup : basically kaya mushroom soup rasa nya (not sure ingredients nya apa) cuma ada potongan salmon kecil didalamnya.

4. Salmon w/ hollandaise sauce : always loveee salmon. Salmon nya fresh, for me sih salmon diapain aja enak yaa

5. Beef ribs : not so tender or juicy but still good. Can never go wrong with beef.

Untuk buffet nya gak gitu banyak pilihan spt tempat2 buffet hotel lainnya tapi overall rasanya enakk. Dessert nya luculucu presentation nya. Terus suka banget sama hotel raffles ini banyak lukisan arts dan elegant banget hotel nya.
