Great place (it feels like dining inside bullet train lol), a little bit slow at making the dessert (assume it's really take time to make a great apple tart and creme brulee), definitely love the ambience inside. Have some dessert after having japanese ayce for lunch while waiting the others to come.
LA PUCELLE MOCKTAIL (70K) - yakult, orange marmalade, rosemary, fresh lemon and blue curaou. Interesting combination and taste, but the dominant ingredient would be that yakult itself. But I could taste the sourness and herbes inside (8/10)
TARTE AUX POMMES (130K) - caramelized apple baked on puff pastry served with vanilla ice cream. It's a simple french dish that execute perfectly. So delicious, could feel the fresh apple inside, sweet and sour are balanced with strawberry on side (9/10)
PISTACHIO CREME BRULEE (85K) - baked pistachio flavore cream custard and caramelized. Not a big fan of this one, it's unique, the pistachio stand out but it's not that kind of flavor as I imagine before. Just too nutty and the texture itself is too eggy but my brother like it somuch. Different palate is important though and it's still palatable (7/10)
