Bottlenose Shack

Bottlenose Shack letaknya di Tribeca Park, tempatnya dibagi dua, yaitu ada indoor (ga terlalu besar tapi unik karena ada hiasan gambar di dindingnya dan penataannya didominasi dengan daun) dan outdoor. Menu yang saya pesan:
- Taco Cheese Rice 53k+: tampilannya menarik banget karens nasinya dibalut keju dan dikasih taburan daging diatasnya! dish ini juga unik karena di combine dengan yoghurt dan avocado dipinggirnya
- Tuna Lemon Rice 60k+: makanan sehat banget menurut aku karena isinya ada mixed vegetable
- Spicy Salted Egg Fettucine: enak! Salted egg nya berasa banget dan masih ada texture gitu bumbu telur asinnya. diatasnya juga dikasih potongan ayam
- Pipe Rigatte Smoked Beef 72k+: personally jarang nemuin resto yang pake pipe rigatte sebagai pastanya, potongan smokef beefnya kecil, rasa standard menurut aku
- Passion Lamacento 27k+: seger! worth it dengan harganya utk resto di central park
- So Danco Raspberry 35k+: rasanya kayak sparkling water aja menurut aku

Kadang kalo makan di restoran yang menu antik itu antara enak banget ato fail banget, dan aku bisa bilang bottlenose ini salah satu yang unik tapi berhasil, tempatnya tersembunyi jadi ga banyak orang tau. Mereka harusnya bisa promosi lebih besar sih, enak banget soalnya dan harganya ya okelah karena porsinya juga banyak.

LONDON FOG CROFFLES (59K) - ini menurut aku must order menu untuk dessert. Jadi london fog itu semacem sweet vanilla latte with the hint of earl grey dan bukan kombinasi yang semua orang pasti bisa buat enak. Aku uda sering cobain beberapa london fog flavor bahkan ga di indo dan yang fail tuh like 9/10. Dan mereka bisa bikin ENAK!!! So yayy ini favorit sih, crofflesnya juga empuk kayak pancake digulung gitu yum. Perfect for sharing ini! (10/10) 

LASAGNA ROLL (91K) - kalo untuk main aku saranin pesen ini karena selain presentasinya unik, rasanya pun enak. Bold in flavor and fillingnya generous banget. Puas sih dan bener2 kenyang. Worth the price! (9/10)

CREAMY TRUFFLE MUSHROOM FETTUCINE (65K) - ini tipe makanan simple yang pasti enak jadi cari aman. Ya okelah, trufflenya bisa lebih bold lagi kalo menurutku, ini lebih dominan creamnya tapi okelah masi enak (8/10)

PASSION LAMACENTO (26K) - gasalah pesen sih minumnya bener2 seger. Kombinasi lemon and passion, tapi ga overly sour juga. Jadi pas aja karena kalo minum kopi/coklat gitu pasti enek, makanannya cenderung bold semua slny (8/10)

Pelayanannya cepet banget dan karena makanannya unik2 kalo waiternya gabisa explain bahaya hehe 😏😏

Coming here on Friday night, and want to try the food and vibes. Not too crowd, but the seats inside already full. So we got place outside. It’s comfortable even though the seating at outside. Not too hot, maybe because it was night.

I ordered 3 food yesterday,
1. Spicy Salted Egg Fettucine, the fettucine is not like the fettucine you found at supermarket. It kinda bigger than usual fettucine. Surprisingly, it was good! You could taste the salted egg. When it first came, I feel the portion was not too big, and kind of plain. But after I ate, it quite made me full and I enjoyed eating my food!

2. Creamy Pipe Rigate Pesto
So it was pesto, with pipette rigate type of pasta. Some kind of macaroni, but bigger. The pesto was good, there’s like some bacon or smoked beef inside with small cut. Because of the bacon, the oil was quite a lot on the plate. But overall it’s good because the pesto taste quite nice!

3. Grilled Chicken Cajun with Lemon Rice
Okay so this food was mexican food. If you like mexican food probably you love this. Taste bell pepper, the sour of lemon rice, and chicken. Some sauce like greek yoghurt and pesto. Mix it all, and feels like you eat burritos filling.

hari ini kami coba TROIKA FRITTOS BASKET di bottlenose rasanya enak ada onion ring , frens fries and chicke pokpok sama cheesenya bikin makin enak dan super banyak cheesenya tempatnya enak buat nongkrong supercozy 😛😛😛

Yummy Spanish-inspired food! 😋😋

What I ordered:

Beef Enchiladas
- Love the thickness of the tortilla wrap! Inside was a pretty yummy minched beef in bolognese sauce, with cheese and cream cheese on top. The vinegar salad was tasty too!

Fried Buttermilk El Pollo Croffles
- Croffles state for croissant and waffles (there ain’t no croissant but they shaped the waffles like a Croissant). Waffles were pretty crunchy, with crispy chicken bites and poached egg on top 😍

Mac & Cheese
- Delicious appetizer! Crunchy outside, soft inside, mac & cheese in a ball shape 😋😋

Food comes quick! Friendly waiters too!!

So ini dua2 nya ada passion fruit..
Rasanya seger ga gt asem juga, service nya Cepat.

Tempat nya ada indoor & outdoor..

Ga gitu rame juga,, jd enak buat meeting / ngobrol2..

Kalau tribeca lagi ramai, tempat ini selalu pas masih ada space buat nongkrong

Makanannya enak. Minumannya pun unik dan enak.
Penyajiannya cantik.
Kadang suka agak lama si datang pesanannya
Banyak colokan bagi yang baterai hp nya suka nge drop
Suka ada bunga asli dan berubah2 di meja
