# ikan kuah asam tude (fish soup)
# ikan pampis cakalang (spicy shredded skipjack)
# ayam kecap (chicken in sweet soy sauce)
# sapi bumbu sate (beef in satay sauce)
# sate ayam manis (chicken satay in sweet soy sauce)
# jantung pisang (stir fried banana bud)
# bunga pepaya (stir fried papaya flower bud)
# sayur singkong bunga pepaya (mixed stir fried of cassava leaves and papaya flower bud)
# perkedel jagung (corn fritters)
# apang coe (steamed brown sugar cake)
# apang telur (steamed rice flour cake)
# kue lapis durian (durian flavored layer cake)
# roll cake cocoa
# tart sambiki (pumpkin tart)
# tart milk cheese
From that long list of food, my favorites were the crispy perkedel jagung, sapi bumbu sate and jantung pisang.
For the cake, tart Sambiki was on top of the list since i rarely found tart sambiki in other Manadonese restaurant in Jakarta.
Kuah asam was quite tasty even though looked very plain. The appearance definitely doesn’t correlate with the flavor.
Sayur singkong and bunga pepaya were standard. The same goes to ikan pampis cakalang, sate ayam manis and ayam kecap.
The rest of the cake were okay. They have plenty selection of cakes from traditional Manadonese cake to modern cake that will definitely give you a headache (what should i get, hmmm) since they all look appetizing.
