Lovely dinner with my special person. I had Australian Black Angus Sirloin Steak (200 gram) which is taste awesome. The best steak that i ever had in my life, it's so delicious, simply seasoning with sea salt and beautiful grilled mark. The meat are so juicy, moist and medium (like it should be, not dry at all), the important thing, the quality of the meat are Perfect, easy to cut with knife (well a little bit fats, still okay). This meal complete with mixed sauteé vegetables like baby corn, carrot and onion, also baked potato with BBQ sauces.

Beef Bolognaise... It's a beautiful pasta dishes with minced beef bath in a tomato sauces and a generous of shredded cheese. It's still warm, the real Italian Pasta. Al dente and the sauces are well absorbed to the paste it self. Miam miam
