Kesini karena rekomendasi teman yang bekerja disekitar area. Kebetulan karena perlu yg agak cepat, dan pas ditanya mereka bs lgsg proses pesanan so I thought yes.
Walaupun tempatnya lumayan bersih overall foodcourt tp stall nya ini rada kurang sih. Persiapannya lgsg dilakukan, saikoro beef dimasak di atas kompor teppan dengan menggunakan torch. I saw them potong daging / press sepertinya to make sure it's thoroughly cooked sih. Scrambled egg nya udah pre-cooked, lgsg ditaburin once meat ready and sprinkle seasonings on top. I thought original yah paling ud pre-mixed into meat but boy how wrong I was, mreka tuangin additional seasonings on top.
I was put off by the meat, some are cooked some are very chewy and apparently raw. In the end had to throw away bigger chuncks. If it was cooked through it's quite tasty sih but for regular portion I think it's more overpriced in that sense. I would pick other stalls next time round.
