Went back here again for friday lunch in my rainy and gloomy wfo days, definitely a good choice! The place is in a same area of an office building, so you’ll see a lot of fellow workers from SCBD area here!

𝘗𝘢𝘬𝘶𝘤𝘩𝘪 𝘙𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘯 (79𝘬)
This oddly reminds me of Soto Padang 😭 it has a similar characteristics from the coriander and the herbs oils that they use. It has 3 slices of THICC beefs that is unfortunately too overcooked for me, I think medium should be fine. The noodles are a bit hard too my liking but overall a very good lunch options indeed.

Cobain ramen yg reviewnya oke..letaknya di gedung office yg banyak perusahaan jepangnya, jd kliatannya tastenya otentik nih. Hari minggu aja rame, padahal officenya pada libur smua

Tempatnya lucu, brasa kaya di jepang ambience nya

Pesen yg recommended dan reviewnya bagus, truffle ramen, kuahnya kentel banget, gurih enak, trufflenya berasa banget. tp buat saia agak terlalu asin tastenya

cobain tonkotsu shoyu, ini enak jg, tp sama rasanya agak terlalu asin buat saia

pesen nasgornya karashi takana, enak ini, lucu pake sayur asin haha

cobain pork namban jg (jarang nemu, krn biasanya chicken namban yg umum di resto2 ramen jepang lainnya), ini enak jg

Trus pesen menu yg agak ga umum, garlic kyuri (timun !!) harganya sih mahal jg, tp pas dicoba enak banget garing dan seger hahahaha

Overall sih buat saia ga sampe enakk banget nget nget, krn mngkn tastenya buat saia agak terlalu asin, tp worth to try

Love it , the truffle flavor was strong and flavorful, the noodles was perfectly cooked ( al dente ) the chicken on top was nice and juicy, the broth was spectacular, strong truffle scent yet not being too oily 👍

Yummy and thick broth, a bit sweet for my liking. Tasty braised beef with thick and chewy noodle.

Tried out @eightman_8_japanese ramen, one of the famous ramen bar in Jakarta i must say 😳 uda baca review” foodblogger lain dan agak mixed ya, ad yg blg b banget, ad yg blg enak juga.. so.. here is my opinion; overall porsinya guede dan buanyak ya gengs! Gausa takott ga kenyang🤪

MY FAV✨ cuz kuahnya rich, pedass! Tipe noodlenya jg okee, untuk warna hitamnya, gada rasa yg special yah, sama aja sm yg normal wkwk cm warna doangg 😅 Sempet sedih knp toppingnya chicken instead of pork, but i still enjoyed it tho hihi👀

Tonkotsu Shoyu Gyuniku Ramen (119k) 6.5/10
Out of all the ramen menu, I managed to pick the one with thick noodle (which I loathe). Besides that, the dish was good, generous servings of proteins, savoury, and quite rich pork bone broth. Beef slices had too much fatty parts for my liking. Also, I don’t understand why they chose to mix and match different meats for their broth and toppings for some of these ramen, as it seems that the flavour would be more harmonious if they went with same meats.

Karakara Tori Tsukumen (99k) 7/10
Spicy chicken ramen. Much prefer the noodle on this ramen as it’s smaller and springier. The black ramen itself didn’t really taste any different compared to regular noodle apart from the visual appearance. Taste wise, the broth had more richness vs XO kuromen, and fair bit spicier vs the tantanmen. I think having pork slices (like the ones served in xo kuromen) instead of chicken would have suited this dish better.

Tonkotsu XO Kuromen (99k) 5.5/10
Broth was way too light for me. I believe they used the same chicken base as their chintan ramen. Pork slices on top was quite good.

Eight Tantanmen (79k) 7/10
Make sure to mix this well since the sesame was mostly at the bottom. Since I have quite high heat tolerance this was not spicy enough for me. Still, I would say this is my favourite out of all the ramen since I have a fondness for nutty and spicy flavour.

Pork Nanban (69k) 7.5/10
Best sides out of everything we got. Pork was juicy and almost with a sticky glaze, quite a noticeable mirin smell. Nanban sauce was very rich. Funnily enough I prefer this over most of the ramens we got.

Tetsunabe Gyoza (69k) 4/10
Way too oily and not crispy enough. Skin was also too thick for my liking. Portion is also smaller irl vs the way it looks on picture.

Butakakuni (69k)
Did not try this as I am not a fan of braised pork belly. Friend said it was not good.
