Ippudo

I'm a hopeless Ramen-tic for you :) If you're a ramen lover, Ippudo is the right place to visit. Fast cooking and great service!

Always order their Shiromaru Special (106K) - the combination of Hakata style ultra-thin noodles topped with lean slices of pork, black fungus and spring onions. It produces subtle and gentle flavors, so japanese. Love the noodle soup and the pork. I do mix the runny egg yolk with the soup to add extra eggy and creamy flavor (10/10)

From Yokohama prefecure, Yokohama Ieke (99K) - classic Ieke style ramen from Yokohama with a unique combination of chicken paitan with tonkatsu broth topped with torched belly chasiu menma, horenzo and half boiled tamago. It's limited and seasonal ramen, more light but the noodle soup is not actually my type, it's unique and savoury type (8/10)

Saboro Chasiu Rice (48K) - braised chicken and tender pork meat topped with egg and seaweed over steamed rice. Definitely love this one. Omg it's a new menu but captivate my tastebud from the first spoonful, so gooood. Meat, egg, rice = Simple but Perfect! (10/10)

Aburi Unagi Sushi Roll (77K/4 pcs) - seared unagi and avocado sushi with shredded egg, mayonnaise, tobiko and japanese sansho pepper. Quite good but not that amazing. I wish the unagi sauce could give more bam! flavor (7/10)

Aburi Salmon Roll (55K/4 pcs) - lightly seared fresh salmon roll seasoned with delicious mentaiko and topped with cod roe. Another favorite sushi roll but not as good as usual and the portion shrinking man!! :') (7/10)

Yakult Jelly Smoothies (38K) - best drink, so refreshing, not too sweet, love it! (9/10)

pertama tau ramen ini karna dari salah satu acc instagram yang blg kalo ini enak dan ini adalah tmpt pertama di indo. karna emg mereka asli dari Jepang.

kali ini gue pesen Shiromaru yang Special. bedanya adalah dia udh include sama nori dan tamago. gue pesen noodlenya yang lurus dan tingkat kematangannya normal. semangkok ini ada 4 potongan daging. 2 yang ada lemaknya, 2 yang 100% daging. but tbh gue lbh suka yang ada lemaknya. karna ga keras dan ga susah untuk digigit. 

waktu pertama kali gue makan disini, emg rame parah dan sampe sharing table. tp wktu kmren kesini, lagi sepi bgt jadi ga perlu sharing table. minumnya gue biasa sih pesen ocha panas aja.

total gue makan sih kalo ga salah Rp 137.000 udh termasuk tax. yaa worth it sih, porsinya juga kenyang bgt menurut gue, dan potongan dagingnya besar2 juga. super luv!
