Came by for the first time on Saturday night and here’s the food review :
I started off with some small dishes named Zensai for appetizer. It contained of Salmon, Unagi, and Tempura. All seasoned perfectly .
- Chawan Mushi
it was so tasteful, the Chawan Mushi was steamed and soft.
- Salmon Saikyo Yaki
I have to say though, Salmon Saikyo Yaki really blew me away. And a little bit of sauce on top exploded through my taste buds.
The highlight was Sukiyaki. And everything was fresh, the vegetables, meat and mushroom. The wagyu was tender and tasty, bursting with juicy flavor. My favourite thing's the staff cooked Sukiyaki in front of the visitor so it was fun to watch.
Then I bit into my dessert. It was just so good.
I enjoyed everything that arrived on my table. Also chef Junya Takeoka from Sapporo, Jepang was friendly to visitor. Personally, it was a fun night, my stomach was happy and full.
