Kenny Rogers Roasters

Td siang ada customer dr mfapplestore yg minta cod di mall ini jd saya setujuin krn masih di jaksel kan. Krn customer ini minta cod yg pas sm lunch hour jd sekalian aja saya pilih tempat yg bisa utk lunch. Kebetulan saya tuh lagi ga mau makan nasi jd agak bingung pas td sih soalnya rata2 restaurant di mall ini served rice. Akhirnya saya pilih tempat ini soalnya ada menu yg lain selain nasi as a karbohidrat & customer saya td setuju jg kok. Tempatnya sih biasa aja tp cukup nyaman kok apalagi di tempat ini ga full krn di restaurant2 yg lain tuh td lagi crowded. Utk menu yg saya order sih house favorite kyk paket gitu yg isinya roasted chic sm 2 side dishes yg bebas utk saya pilih. Akhirnya saya pilih mashed potato + coreslaw trus utk minumannya tuh saya order iced tea. Utk rasa makanannya sih enak and menurut saya tuh better than before krn honestly td tuh my second time utk coba makan disini. Pas pertama kali waktu saya makan disini tuh ayamnya dry alias overcooked kl utk td juicy bgt. Kl buat minumannya sih standard aja tp refill sih jd lumayan lah. Harganya jg still pocket friendly krn under 100 ribu itu bisa dpt main course sm minuman yg bikin kenyang. Btw buat customer saya td tuh lupa utk nama makanan yg dia order sm saya ga sempet utk foto. Padahal td dia jg order yg cukup menarik gitu jd sorry ya hehe

Pertama kali makan di kenny ini langsung suka bgt sama ayamnya dan mac & cheese nya. Kemarin berkunjung lagi ke KRR yg di penvil ini. Berhubung kesininya pas mall baru buka. Jadi tempatnya masih sepi. Untuk tempat duduknya itu ada indoor dan outdoor. Yg indoornya juga terbagi dua, ada yg di bagian dalam ,dan ada yg di bagian luar di tengah tengah jalan antar toko ( eh gmna sih jelasinnya 😑)
Untuk makanannya mesen:

- Red Hot Meal

1/4 roasted chicken nya enak, juicy, ga susah motongnya, mashed potato + gravy aku gatau gimana jelasinnya ini tp rasanya biasa aja, coleslaw dan bbq beans nya cukup enak.
- kenny's quarter meal 1/4

Menu yg ini 1/4 roasted chicken dgn tambahan mushroom chicken soup dan aromatic rice, sukak bgt sama nasinya, wangi , ga keras juga. But cream soupnya agak terlalu asin.
- t-chic rice

Aromatic rice with terriyaki chicken slices and mushroom chicken soup. Terriyaki chickennya lumayan. Tapi porsinya agak dikit hehee.
- muffin

Muffin ini sepaket sama mealsnya, lucky me, it's warm. Cukup enak tp agak terlalu kering

Jumat malam belanja di Pevil, dapet sms promo 80,4k dapet 2 paket ayam. Emang pecinta prom, langsung cuslah nukerin. Saat itu jam 9 malam tapi mal masih ramai, pun Kenny Rogers. Pas kesana dibilang ayamnya sedang dibikin lagi & kita harus nunggu sekitar 45menit sampai ayamnya matang. Yaudah keliling2 dululah & akhirnya kesini lagi 30menit kemudian. Kita dapet 2 porsi ayam panggang dengan 1 pilihan side dish. Sebenernya di sms promo dapetny agarlic butter rice, tapi karena masih kosong akhirnya milih side dish di salad bar. Gw pilih Asian pasta salad, laki gw pilih coleslaw. Paha ayamnya ga terlalu gede tapi bumbunya meresap, walau hanya terasa pepper & salt aja. Kulitnya kering, pun dagingnya! Agak terlalu lama dipanggang menurut gw, padahal bumbunya lumayan meresap. Akhirnya minta tambahan saus bbq untuk celupannya. Dan udah include 2 muffin juga, gw suka banana muffinnya! Walau tempatnya kecil tapi selalu ramai, masih okelah outlet ini.

- Mushroom Cream Soup:
I liked it, the broth was not that heavy yet not too light. It was in the right level of saltiness 

- Salad:
Hmm what can I say ya, I didn't quite like their kind of celery. Moreover there are some of the leaves that has been rotten. They should take a good care of its freshness 

- Side Dish:
I chose the Fresh Fruit Salad as my side dish, it consisted of slices of watermelon, melon, and also orange. I tried my friend's which is baked beans and mashed potato. They also tasted fine 

- Muffin Chocolate:
They served it warm! Yeay, lucky me haha. Because my friends got the unwarm one (banana muffin and cheese muffin). The muffin itself tasted good but not the one that I could remember one day, because I still love muffin at one of my favorite bakery. The muffin is moist but a little biiiiit too dry

- Quarter Roasted Chicken:
Definitely loooove it, yes. I'm not a fan of chicken (roasted or fried) but this one has win my heart. It was moist, in the right level of cooked, I didn't have to work hard to cut it, and the mushroom sauce just worked perfectly with it. It was the top notch, overall. 

- Single Happiness:
It is a name of one scoop ice cream (you can choose either strawberry or chocolate). I chose the chocolate one, completed with meringue and cherry on top, poured with chocolate sauce. 

- Ice Tea:
Nothing was special, yet this beverage could be refilled (among with ice lemon tea and ice blackcurrent tea) 

The waitresses are only a few, at some moment we had to wait for minutes for the drink to be refilled, but it was okay since they kinda helpful. Recommended!
