KOKORO MAZE-SOBA (@kokoromazesoba) is a delicious noodle as a topping called "Special Mince" which is seasoned with soy sauce, red pepper and garlic. The other topping are green onions, fish meal and egg yolk. When you eat this, you put the garlic grated in taste, eat and mix well. If you eat this once, you never forget its taste. A normal sized bowl should fill you up. The noodle quality is more like udon, a little thick and chewy. There's a lot of flavor for your tastebuds, especially if you're ok with the garlic (which I recommend). Make sure you have some gum or mints after though. Definitely try this if you're in the area.
