Korbeq by Stevan Meat Shop. I know what you think. It's gonna be pricey right? I thought the same way like you do. They do use meat from stevan but don't worry, the price is super affordable. Even much much cheaper than other buffet restaurants.

The quality of the meat was good. Both the chicken and pork were tender, juicy and marinated well. Oh, if you're pork lover, don't forget to order their pork belly, free flow pork belly means heaven on earth! One more, they do have mozzarella cheese. Normally I'd not order that, but guess what? It tasted good. You gotta pay more for that but it's really a game changer. Rolled the pork with the melted cheese and the already good pork had salty, cheesy and creamy flavor. That was a pork symphony in my mouth. 

The do have the salt and pepper one, but I didn't try that. I did try their sausage, gindara, squid and many more. The sausage was quite good but not really memorable. The gindara was quite fishy and the squid was a bit rubbery. Avoid the gindara and squid and you're all good. 

The side dish, they do have lot of side dish. But, I'm a pork guy, I'd prefer eat pork rather than the side dish. So I only tried their honey glazed chicken (something like that, don't really remember the name), japchae and steamed egg. The chicken was good, tender and sweet. The japchae was clearly above the average. And the steamed egg was fluffy, a bit too salty for my tongue but still good. But, why do I eat the side dish if I can have a free flow pork belly 😈. It's my biggest guilty pleasure.
