Linguine with beef bacon in truffle carbonara sauce. When I saw the pasta, the first thought in my mind was it's just another boring pasta dish. I didn't even smell truffle from that dish. And the plating was mediocre, pile of creamy pasta, lots of beef bacon on top and garlic bread, that's it.

Took a bite and it blew my mind. The texture of the pasta was aldente, beef bacon was rich and savory and the sauce was top notch. Creamy and truffley. I didn't smell the truffle oil when it arrived, not even a hint. But the taste of the truffle was strong, how come. It may look thick and too creamy, believe me, it's not as creamy as it looks. Mediocre plating but the creaminess of the sauce coating the pasta was irresistible.
