You know what to not miss when you’re in Sing; the chicken rice. Now I have found the closest Singaporean chicken rice in Jakarta!
Roasted chicken was the real deal 🍗 Chicken was as juicy as it’s freshly roasted and hang on the display with the juice dripping 🤤 Love the soy sesame sauce, that just makes the chicken rich
Hainanese rice was also legit 🍚 The chili sambal was spot on 🌶 The ginger gave a perfect balance to the sweet-savory chicken
Though my soup taste rather bland like water and pepper
Definitely paid my longing for the island next door. Will come back for more chicken
