Nasi Paru Rendang. Beef lung cooked with banana in rendang style served with solok rice. First you must know that it's not fried rice. It's solok rice mixed with rendang sauce. It's good but if you compare it with street padang, it's not even close. The rendang here was more subtle and gentle. It's tasty but it missed that bomb of flavor in my mouth. 

The lung was good. Crunchy but not as crunchy as cracker. Still had that lil chewy side which was dope for me and the most important thing, no irony or innard taste to it. The highlight for me was the rice. Yes, the plain rice. Obviously without the rendang sauce, it tasted plain. But the texture was super good. It's not sticky at all. You can easily seperate every single grain. Bet it's gonna be a perfect type of rice to be used in fried rice.
