Salah satu pendatang baru blok m yang belom banyak orang tau tapi tetep antri panjang sampe waiting list. Mereka buka jam 4, dan waktu aku dateng (sebelum jam 4) udah hampir full batch 1 padahal dihari kerja loh 🥲

Tempatnya ga terlalu besar, berkonsep open kitchen, ada area indoor sama outdoor. Suasana disini kaya lagi makan di pinggiran sukhumvit. Tapi jujur panas banget ya HAHA panas, kena asep mobil motor yang lalu lalang persis disamping kita. Kayanya bakal lebih enak kalo makan disini malem. (Not to mention: banyak orang yang minta minta — lack of privacy.)

Menu mereka khusus di Thai cuisine tapi heran malah ga jual tom yum😂 disini aku sama temenku pesen:

Som tam disini agak beda.. lebih mirip rujak serut kalo dari visualnya. Termasuk kategori enak tapi ga yang banget. It has a bold kick of spice but MAYBE spiciness levelnya bisa dibuat adjustable karna takeran mereka terlalu pedes buat kita.

Yum was okay. Kaya Thai version carpaccio. It was fresh, a bit spicy (good spicy 🌶️👍🏼), light, and vibrant. There’s a mild fishy taste that pairs well with their seasonings, from herbs to citrus. It would taste even better kalo seledrinya dibanyakin

Stir fried minced beef and Thai basil 🌿 paired with rice and sunny side up duck egg. The runny yolk compliments the whole dish. Each bite felt comforting and warm. What a dish👍🏼✨

The pad thai came to our table steaming hot 🥵 This was supposed to be the star of the meal but unfortunately it doesn’t suits to our likings. We couldn’t find the “pad thai” taste at all and It was extremely too sweet for us. BUT WE LOVE THE SHRIMP 🦐 SO MUCH!! It had a delish combo of smoky, savory, and slightly sweet flavors. Still has that natural sweetness while the seasonings add depth and complexity. WE’LL GIVE 5⭐️ for the shrimp 🦐💖

Their service was 1000000/10, when we complained about the pad thai for being too sweet, they quickly replaced it with a new one (although it was still too sweet for us)🥹 it makes us feel heard and we really appreciate it. Thanks to their A+ service, we’ll give another try to eat at 𝙉𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙗𝙤𝙧 🔜
