Despites the long waiting list, it is worth to try their souffle pancake. It is very soft and yummy.

Overall, the chizu boba pancake is very good, the cream cheese is salty in contrast to the sweet ice cream and very fluffy and soft pancake. Bobas added a great chewy texture.

As for the matcha pancake, the matcha syrup is nicely bitter, and didn't overpower the pancake flavor. It goes really well with the sweet red beans and matcha ice cream.

One thing that disappoint us: actually we ordered boba toast and matcha pancake, but they made a mistake in the kitchen and served us cheese boba pancake instead.
The staff apologized and offered to change it to toast, but they said we have yo wait again. Oh well, we'd rather enjoy the pancake that is already served.
