Pork belly, caramelized and butter miso grilled pork meat, pork satay and fries. I think it's big enough to share.

The fries was okey. Like any fries should taste. No twist at all. The pork satay was quite good. If you like pork meat satay, then you'd love it. Like it's substantial in every bite. Me? I'm more into pork belly satay kind of guy. So for me the satay was good but not that special. But the grilled pork and pork belly were so good. The grilled pork meat was tender and flavorful. The butter one was kinda confusing. Was it supposed to be sweet or savory. Not so sure but I still enjoyed that. The other one, the caramelized, was kinda dope. It's sweet, fragrant and more solid. I'd prefer this one. Like it's not too tender and wet like the butter one. It had more texture to bite.

However, the star of the platter was clearly the pork belly. Hands down! Look at the ratio. It had more fat part than meat. Heaven on earth. The meat was okey, like it's good but there's so much place can serve that kind of meat. Then the thin skin was super crunchy and salty. I wish you could hear the cracking in every bites I took. So tempting. Then my favorite part of them all. The fat! So thick. Melted in my mouth and no porky nasty smell or whatsoever. Not in the slightest. It tasted heavenly good when I ate all the 3 parts together. Substantial meat bite followed by melty umami fat and super crunchy pork skin finished the bite.

Salah satu tempat ngumpul asik bareng temen/tempat kantor, suasana nya super cozy dan homy banget. Dengan dekorasi sederhana dan musik yang enak.

Salah satu resto yang menjual banyak menu pork, dan semuanya super enak! Kita cobain pork belly medium (450k) mereka yang porsinya cukup untuk 4-5 orang. Disajikan dengan salad, chips dan kentang. Lapisan atasnya crispy dengan lapisan tengah lemak dan daging makin enak lagi kalau dimakan sama honey mustardnya👍🏻

Lalu aku cobain nasi campur sumateranya (89k). Ini super enak satu porsinya udah lengkap banget ada babi panggang, pork belly, sambal, kerupuk kulit babi dan sayur pepaya. Aku suka banget sambelnya super enakkkk, ini satu plate ga ada yg mengecewakan deh!

Mereka jual kerupuk kulit (40k) yang bungkusan juga loh! Enak banget empuk, crispy dan ga berminyak sama sekali

Trus aku pas dateng ada promo buy 2 get 1 radler. Pelayanannya disini super baik dan cepet, harga makanannya memang sedikit pricey tapi worth the price kok!

The best gravy noodle aka mie tektek I've ever tried. It's salty, savory, sweet and spicy. To make it even better, they used pork on it. Like it gave another porky flavor and brought it to a level higher. The noodles were perfectly cooked. Not too soft and not too tough. Is that okey to use the word 'al dente' for mie tektek? That hit me on the right spot. My mouth was just rejoicing. The pork and the noodles were perfectly balanced. Actually the portion was quite big, however I just couldn't get enough. I just wanna shovel more and more.

Btw, it's off the menu. You won't find it in the menu book. I think only regular cust know this one. Do yourself a favor, try this one. Just ask for mie tek tek and they know what you mean. And one more thing, never order their fried rice. It's not like the fried rice tastes bad. There's just no oomph to it and tastes very mediocre. In other word, boring.

I super recommend this place. It's a solid restaurant. Consistency is very important and every time I come, it always tastes the same.

Makan siang kali ini agak rajin, libur, jauh dari rumah, pake niat ke pokenbir di Lippo Kuningan.
Gue pesen mix platter, salad, sama babi woku. Gue demen banget sama pork bellynya, lumer di mulut dan kulitnya yang garing nan crispy.

Ga pernah nyesel kesini, babinya dagingnya tebel dan mantap rasanya pas harga standart sih sebanding sama makanan yang didapat pelayanannya baik tempatnya bersih dan luas
