Here, I present "The Atlantis". Avocado, cherry tomatoes, crispy garlic, crunchy potato, furikake, cucumber, nitamago, sushi rice and wakame salad. This is the second time I post this dish. It means I truly like it. Fresh tasting, light and healthy. The portion wasn't that big, perfect for diet. When a dish is perfectly prepared and well presented in a delightful setting, we don't need large portions in order to feel satisfied. Superb.
