Their concept is an open kitchen/canteen where you choose the menu of the day or the available dishes such as Quiches and pizzas. The ambiance was really bright and it was nice seeing the fresh produce being made into beautiful foods of all kinds. The quiche was done perfectly but the pizza was meh and the salad was just slightly above average. We'd have to give the barramundi with dragronfruit sauce the thumbs up though, they really did a good job in zesting the fish to freshness, yet still warm enough for its divine texture to be enjoyed.
