Loved their Es Podeng Megaria, it is so refreshing. It consisted of es puter or coconut milk based ice cream with cubed bread, peanuts, avocado, jackfruit, jelly, black glutinous rice and sprinkled with chocolate sprinkles and condensed milk. Yummy
Martabak tipker or Indonesian-style crepe was delicious and crunchy. Well made.
Roti bakar nougat was okay, toast bread smeared with peanut creme, sprinkled with chopped nuts and finished with condensed milk.
Tumis bunga pepaya or stir fried papaya flower buds with torch ginger flower, shredded fish and stinky beans was delicious.
Kupat tahu Magelang was okay though the deep fried tofu was cold when it served to us. I was hoping that they just make it made-to-order, as frying tofu would not take a long time to do it. It also happens to the Ketupat Betawi all of the dishes was served cold, from the vermicelli, lontong (rice cake), fried tofu, bean sprouts and vermicelli filled spring rolls. The omelette was the only thing made prior to serving to our table. Hope this could be an input for the kitchen department.
