Sapori Deli - Fairmont Jakarta

Nungguin temen nikah di Fairmont, dan seperti biasa gue dan temen2 datengnya kepagian. Nah, ada salah satu temen gue bilang ada kafe yang cukup PW dan dia ada jual roti harganya 10.000. Hotel semewah ini masih ada roti 10.000!? Langsung cekidot!
Namanya Sapori Deli, ada di lantai 3. Ngomongin soal tempat, nyaman banget. Damai, tentram, pokoknya bikin betah deh. Nah gue beli roti yang 10.000 itu. Ga tau jenis rotinya apa, tapi rada keras terus dikasih saus tomat sama buah tomat ceri. Lumayan juga buat roti sepuluh ribu. Pas bayar ke kasir, eh ternyata kalo di atas jam 18.00, ada diskon 50%. MAKIN CENGLI GAIS!

Di fairmont hotel ad beberapa tempat makan yang bisa kalian coba nah salah satunya saya berkesempatan mencoba si sapori deli ini. Tempatnya cukup cozy menurut saya. Jarak satu meja dengan meja lainnya tidak terlalu dekat jadi cukup nyaman buat kita yang suka ngobrol keasikan sama temen-temen atau keluarga tanpa harus kedengeran meja sebelah 😂
Pelayannya juga ramah dan helpfull banget.
Menu saat itu yang dipesan :
-calamari fritto (80K) : empuk ga keras cocok buat apptizer buat sharing bareng teman sambil nunggu maincourse di hidangkan.

- the naughty boy (125k) : pizzanya besar banget dan satu yang jadi nilai lebih pizza yang mereka hidangkan disana dimasak menggunakan oven batu yang menghasilnya pizza lebih matang merata dengan efek sedikit crispy di bagian rotinya! Untuk si naughty boy ini agak asin untuk bagian dagingnya (non-halal🐽)

- hawaii five -oh (135K) : mozzarellanya tumpeh-tumpeh 😆👌🏼

- gili rigati (180K) : pastanya unik bulet-bulet kecil gitu dan di masak menggunakan daging lamb. Biasanya daging lamb salah satu yang sulit dimasak tapi untuk sajian ini cukup oke menurut saya bau lambnya tidak sepekat hidangan lamb yang pernah saya coba.

- spaghetti nero (190k) : porsinya cukup besar dan jangan heran nanti gigi kalian jadi hitam ya setelah makan ini sebab mereka menggunakan squid ink pada pasta ini 😁 tapi ga usah takut habis minum juga hilang kok hitamnya 😄. Untuk rasa ini lebih enak dari yg sebelumnya.

- Tagliolini (160K) : pastanya halus dan creamy ditambah ada aroma dari si truffle'nya . Aldente! Ini favorite saya disini kalian harus coba hidangan satu ini!

-vanilla bean panna cotta (65K) : panna cottanya halus banget! Enak

- pistachio and cherry semi freddo (65K) : cocok banget buat yang ga suka terlalu manis!

Together with fellow foodies from Pergikuliner & Gagaldiett, we made a unanimous decision to have our lunch in this exclusive Italian restaurant inside Fairmont Hotel, Senayan: Sapori Deli. Fancy, lavish and expensive---these three words summed our first impression upon entering this restaurant. And after pampering ourselves with a complete meal of three pastas, two pizzas and some desserts, we simply had no regrets for having spent our time here. Still, with some notes though.

To begin with, you can order its appetizer such as Calamari Fritto (4.5/5), which we ordered, to share for 3-4 or Tomato Mozzarella which the waiter said was the recommended one. Crunchy bread is also provided as complimentary items before moving on to the main courses. Moving on to the main courses, one of our favorites is Tagliolini (5/5), a bakmi-like pasta with creamy sauce. Its texture is quite thin and quite sticky unlike most spaghetti, the sauce is undeniably the creme de la creme of this dish. Its price is lower than the signature pasta Spaghetti Nero (3.5/5)--squid ink black pasta, yet one would agree that the latter is no better than the former. But, it is still one decent dish, I can say.

As for the pizzas, we ordered Naughty Boy (4/5) & Hawaii Five-Oh (4/5). The pizza served here is not of thin pizza (yet not too think as well) and its pizza crust is rather crunchy. The taste? Naughty boy was just like typical pizza served in many restaurant, while Hawaii Five-Oh had its special Parma Ham which for some can be quite, if not too much, savory. 8 nice slices of pizza to accompany your pasta. 

Last but not least, the desserts are not to skip whenever you pay a visit here. We tried its Cherry Semi Freddo with Pistachio (4/5) & Panna Cotta (4/5). Both were refreshing, perfect to end your meal here.

Service was generally fine with waitresses having good knowledge of the menu items in case guests are not sure what to order. They were also well-trained in their attitude towards customers, be it locals or foreigner. Food needs some time to be served, but the cozy ambience would compensate for your waiting time.

In brief, Sapori Deli totally deserves a place in the five-star Fairmont considering the quality it has shown to its guests.
