Seribu Rasa

Jadi waktu itu gue sempet makan di seribu rasa. Plus lagi kepengen banget dessert. Pertama kali dateng ke seribu rasa, tempat nya cozy banget, trus pewe banget, ada wifi dan charger. Pokoknya pewe banget deh disana. Disana gue pesen semua nya dessert. Tapi ada satu snack sih yang gue pesen. Gue pesen selat popia, es campur seribu rasa, klappertart vanilla, kopyor. Kalau untuk soal rasa sih enak, cuma bukan yang kaya enak banget gitu. Dari semua dessert, gue paling suka klappertaart vanilla nya. Kalau yang gue ga terlalu rekomen sih yang selat popia. Jujur, makanan disini harganya mahal mahal banget. Selain mahal, ukurannya pun juga kecil. Es campur nya aja kecil banget. Pokok nya ga sesuai deh sama digambar. Untuk kebersihan sih, disana bersih banget dan pelayanan nya juga bagus, tapi rada lama.

Seribu rasa ini udah lumayan terkenal dengan menyajikan makanan Indo yang fancy. Peralatan table manner nya cukup oke. Saya nyobain nasi bali singaraja, porsinya keliatan besar tapi sebenernya engga. Isinya ada lawar, sate lilit, ayam bumbu, telor balado, keripik kentang, kuah kari kacang panjang dan sambal matah. Rasanya not bad tapi kurang memenuhi ekspetasi. Lalu ada selat popiah, isinya ada 6 buah. Nah yang ini saya lebih suka, kulitnya tipis garing crispy, langsung pecah pas masuk di mulut, isiannya gurih2 manis. Recommended. Minumnya cuma lemon tea, asem bangetttt tapi bisa minta gula. Overall harganya lumayan mahal yah tapi bolehlah coba2. Pelayanannya ramah dan cepat.

The newly open seribu rasa, went to their menteng branch several times, even my father in law, once had birthday celebration there. So yes, seribu rasa is one of family's favorite.
I am so happy that they are open their new branch near the place of where i live. Jadi kalau beli makanan gampang. Kemarin beli takeaway sop buntut sama sate ayam nya. Sop buntut seribu rasa sih enakk, pretty exxy but worth the price. Sate ayamnya pertama kali coba, daging ayam nya tebel2 dan bumbu manisnya pas banget. And yes, they packed the takeaway nicely.

Went to seribu rasa with a new friend of mine, there is only two of us so we only ordered 3 kind of dish.

First of all, the nanking beef was really great, loving the melt in your mouth beef texture. At first I expected the sauce to be extremely sweet but thankfully the sauce has a nice balance of sweetness, savory and spicy flavor. The lemongrass grilled chicken was also satisfying, it was boneless so I found it really helpful moreover it was seasoned perfectly. The taste can be described as modern mixture of traditional grilled chicken with a hint of lemongrass and spiciness (my friend said it was too spicy for him though). On the other hand, the dried scallop string bean was okay but not really memorable. I expected the dried scallop will give the string bean a spark but it taste just another stir fried string bean. The beverages that I order also came out okay, I ordered rose peach tea, although it has nice peachy fragrant to it but I can't taste the rose at all so it is kinda disappointing. Overall, I had a pleasant experience in seribu rasa. In my opinion, they do serve great food, with great service and ambiance. The lippo mall puri branch's interior maybe looks less extravagant than other branch but it still gives a comfortable ambiance either for dinning or meeting place.
p.s : I give a low score for the cleanliness because there was some annoying insect that keeps flying around our food.
