Shiok maki roll consists of grilled unagi and roasted salmon with spicy mayonnaise. Sukiyaki beef roll is sushi roll filled with sukiyaki beef and topped with beef floss. Both rolls were good.
Beef tataki melted in your mouth, tasty and rich in flavor.
Aburi salmon chirashi with chopped foie gras was delicious and bold, well torched salmon, too bad they were running out of ikura and as replacement, they give extra slices of salmon and tobiko.
Kaisen salad was standard type of salad with salmon, tuna and kani sticks. The salad dressing was good.
