I went there bringing my family and client thinking ok, this has been a hype restaurant in a 5 star hotel , reservations are not easy by the way. I have asked a request from the GM of the hotel to make a reservation for us on the 9th at 630 Pm. we were seated on the bar which i refused and asked for a change, they changed into a sofa , by squeezing a little since we are a party of 8.
we requested for the chef , but to no avail , he was on a meeting they said. I mean common, this restaurant with a hype, full reservations and no chef on site??
the restaurant is also under staff, we brought 3 bottles of wine, there was only 1 Sommelier that was running around , and yeah we waited and waited for a longg time. We ordered quite a lot , we ordered 3 Grated slaw, well all of us complained that it tasted like wet Rug, i think the peanuts in it have gone bad, even after returning the slaw, they still charge us for it, then we ordered the tartar which is also different from the pictures that i have seen before no design or whatsoever, we ordered the rib eye medium, it came out medium rare, we ordered pizza, its was okay, risotto i think its best among all food, the mushroom soup was blahh,,, we also ordered lobster, fish and chips, over all, my complaint is that it all Arrive at the same time, imagine a small table squeezed and all food from appetizers to maincourse arrived at the same time, its like they are super understaff, they just want to be done for one table so they can serve the next. The food was not as expected " TOM by Aiken s" michelin, it was very bad OVERRATED, I mean common , yes you are in a 5 star hotel, yes you are hype, but should you maintain so that people will come again. we ended up spending 9 ++ million
even invited I will not come back.

chef Matt takes the day off on monday only, he checks on every food, although service could be better,
Amuz would be a much better choice too.
