Hari Jumat setelah meeting terus bingung mau dinner dimana and macet, terus I found this hidden gem di Senopati right besides Sushi Hiro. The staff was really welcoming, and the moment I passed through the door I noticed rows of dry-ager shelves. Mmmh, getting curious of what does the meat will taste like!
The course started with Goma Salad, it gave me doubts at first. But when I tried it, it was actually good, the nutty flavor blends perfectly well to open my palette. Then I had thin sliced ox tongue, Australian intercostal, and ended with the bomb! DRY AGED JAPANESE WAGYU OP RIBS
It was buttery and slightly cheesy and salty flavored due to its being dry aged for 21 days! This is a MUST try, guys!
For me, I will definitely go back for more!
