BAD SALAD. NOT FRESH

Me and my family had dinner at Zenbu in Emporium, my parents always pick the beef hotplate menu with rice and miso soup. It was okay, untill then i decided to had salad instead of sushi. Because it has Salmon Sashimi which my favourite menu whenever i eat in Japanese Restaurant. When the waiter serve, i was upset, because the salad looks no so appetizing as in the menu picture (well i dont ask for sashimi that exactly the same like in the menu picture or five star hotel, but at least give the fresh Sashimi please). Then it was fine, when i bite the salmon and tuna, the second i eat the raw octopus, it has bad odour (very smelly) and sour after taste, i was confuse, then i ask the waiter the octopus not fresh, but they ignore /walk away (even no respond at all) and i complaint again to the female waiter, then she report to the manager restaurant, She come back with two vanilla ice cream, and show me a fresh cut and bigger raw octopus, she ask me to try it, but i said thanks. Do you even notice, how a customer was dissapointed with a meal that bad and do you have a quality check before the meal goes to the customer? or you simply downgrade your quality by having such a bad manner, bad gesture and slow respond. I dont ask for free ice cream, and i am not a kid, who can easily cheer up with one scoop of ice cream. Did the manager think that by giving a scoop ice cream can solve the problem? again it's about Value, they should replace the salad, instead of free Vanilla Ice Cream, that i can even buy from any store even Haagen Dasz or Mcdonald Ice cream cone that only cost Rp 9.000  So i Interpret, they don't really appreciate the customer, maybe i wont come back to their restaurant, they really need to evaluate their Quality Standards. It is not about how crowded the restaurant or busy the waiter. It is all about Etiquette that they don't achieve their SOP. I am very UPSET to their level of SERVICES. SALMON SASHIMI, ARE MUSHY, NOT FRESH AT ALL. At this point i am very critical and dissapointed. Because i pay what i eat, just because salmon sashimi are not the most favourite menu instead of beef hotplate, but you need to KEEP YOUR FOOD AS FRESH AS POSSIBLE.
