Why you will love it ❤
1. The perfect place to explore variety of local spices in one seafood restaurant, paired with fresh vast seafood selection.
2. All the flavours were captivating. The spices were rich in flavour which suited the fish, the kerang ijo rica was a very nice surprise that was spicy but could do better with less oil and the cah kangung belacan had a bold flavour. Difficult for us to choose which menu were our favourite.
3. Kapten Seafood lived up to its reputation for offering a various selection of fresh seafood.
4. Plenty of parking space.


What could be improved 🙏
1. Please use less oil. As much as we love the rich flavors, they could use less oil. The salted egg shrimp was and the mussels were too oily despite tasting really great.
2. The waiters are overwhelmed and could be improved for training. It took a long minute for us to be given the menu.
3. One of our friends really wanted fried rice and the waiter twice insisted that the waiting process would be long, subtly signaling us to not order the fried rice. If they can't serve it, we'd suggest not to serve any fried rice at all.
4. The telor asin flavour was not their strongest menu, too oily and did not have that bold telor asin flavour, but other than that we had a lovely meal in the restaurant and cannot wait for our next visit.
