Come without any idea what this is restaurant actually offer, since they just opened recently. So basicily, the first floor is the "grill" area where you can eat ala carte. Dari namanya saya pikir bakalan kaya bakar-bakaran gitu, turn out there is no grill on table. On the other hand, the second floor area was both for grill and shabu-shabu.
To give you a brief image, the concept was pretty much like Sha*uri. They have 4 kind of soup: kaldu ayam, konbu, garlic butter, dan spicy/tomyum. Kaldu ayam would probably the best one, kuah konbu makin lama makin kemanisan dan asin juga, garlic butter rasanya agak aneh. Buffet spread include pizza, sushi, and dessert. For the ingredient buffet, they have variant of meatballs, mushroom, noodle, and veges. I like the white with pink dots meatball, I think it was crab meatball? The meat platter was placed on buffet as well, so we can grab it without bothering call the waitress. There was beef and dori fish available. My tips: just pick the thinest slice of meat. Walaupun keliatannya tipis banget sampe tembus, it will eventually become thick after it cooked. And btw, there is no option to choose the beef class.
For cooked meal, they served freshly made pizza and sushi. Pas pertama kali dateng, topping pizzanya ada peperoni. Kemudian setelah di refill dengan pizza lain. I notice they took whatever in the kitchen to put on top of the dough. I found naruto fish cake in it like... lol? Semakin lama, toppingnya udah ngga daging lagi, cuman jamur dan paprika.
Same with the sushi, when I first come there was quite many sushi option. Tapi makin ke belakang sushiny jadi jarang di refill dan kalopun iya isinya basic aja. There's also rujak corner, unfortunately the bengkoang was too thick, sauce was a bit spicy. There's also cake and pudding that I didn't get a chance to try.
There was 3 sauce option, such as ponzu, sesame seed, and spicy pineapple. Sesame mirip banget sama bumbu sate lol. Spicy pineapple was kinda unique but weird at the same time.
Buffet include drinks such as coffee, tea, and juices. Have I mention their interior looks fancy and elegant. Service was great at first, they got busier and it became harder to call them.
Wish they could improve the meat quality and the speed to refilling. Because, what's the meaning of ayce when the buffet was empty? Feel bad for those who come later and have to cope with the leftover buffet
