Review Pelanggan untuk Negev

First of all, I need to applaud their ambience. It was just so Christmasy, comfy and romantic. Our table was arranged so beautifully, I was very impressed and quite overwhelmed with all the decorations in place.

We ordered few of their dishes such as:
- Platter: ini semacam package yang isinya campur2 dari beef, chicken, lamb, dan disajikan juga 4 jenis saus yang berbeda2. Untuk porsinya bisa buat 3-4 orang if you wanna be full afterwards, tapi kalau cuma icip2 bisa beramai2. Rasanya ya not bad sih, cuma mungkin karena semuanya dicampur2, jadi kurang special rasanya.

- Truffle Macaroni: one of the best. Truffle nya sangat wangi, pastanya al dente, dan porsinya lumayan. Real pleasant.

- Pizza: pizzanya not bad, thin crust dan toppingnya cukup enak juga.

- Grilled Salmon with Basmati Rice & Salmon Encroute: salmonnya sendiri dimasak dengan baik, masih tender but gak smelly, tapi menurut saya bumbunya kurang. Lumayan plain rasanya buat saya. The rice was okay. Untuk encroute pastrynya not bad, tapi sejujurnya saya lebih prefer salmon yang gak well-done karena agak seret.

- The finale dessert: this dessert was quite expensive, in exchange of them serving you with quite a performance. Pertama mereka menyiapkan 2 big table, dan sejenis drawing their dessert to the table. Awalnya cukup wah, tapi lama2 menurut saya sih, not that 'wow'. Untuk rasa2nya ya ada yang enak ada yg biasa aja :) but give it a hand for their creativity.

- Sticky toffee: ini enak! Teksturnya and everything sebenernya standar. Tapi God, the taste is just, I sampe sekarang masi wondering what's in them. Manisnya beda, def not just some sugar, ada rasa mirip kurma campur rempah2 yang cukup unik and pleasant.

Overall I had a nice and memorable dining experience here. For the food ya not bad tapi ruangannya sendiri is very nice, cuman waktu itu ACnya agak panas.
