Why you will love it ❤
1. The matcha game of Hokkaido Ice Cream Puff is strong, no wonder it is one of their best sellers. I also like very matcha how the ice cream does not melt easily.
2. The bread is sweet and slightly savoury but somehow I expected it to be softer but then again if it were soft it would be too mushy.
3. Various branches available, but not enough in Jaksel!
4. Portion is quite generous, enough for two.

What could be improved 🙏
1. Eating it can be a bit messy and you only have a small piece of paper box as the plate.
2. I was already in front of the counter, but the employees chatted amongst themselves. Would be great if they were more attentive. For a minute I thought I was invisible.
