One of our favourite dimsum place in Jakarta. Located at one of the best hotel in town @fairmontjakarta , their sanitation and service is something not to be questioned. 😍

Basically I fu Mie with a sexy lookin , fresh , and plump prawns.

Tender , juicy , a bit of fat layer underneath the crispy skin on top of it. The salsa-like sauce added a fresh sensation to it.

Squid head wasn't rubbery , nicely battered and fried to perfection with a simple salt and pepper seasoning. 🦑😍

Overall, had a very satisfying dimsum as always. Might be a lil bit pricey but considering their quality of food , service , portion , and place , it is a good value for money.
