I recently visited @sesamebakeryroom, a delightful dessert cafe with an open kitchen, and it was a treat for the senses. The aroma of freshly baked scones wafted through the air, creating an inviting atmosphere. The open kitchen allowed me to witness the skilled pastry chefs at work, adding to the overall experience.

The scone has a crisp exterior and a soft, flaky interior. They paired wonderfully with the assortment butter provided. But too dry for my liking :(

The tiramisu was a heavenly indulgence, with a rich coffee flavor and a delicate balance of ‘not too sweet’ mascarpone.

✨100 layers Lasagna | 75k
The layers of pasta, cheese, and savory sauce were expertly crafted, providing a savory counterpart to the sweet treats.

I recommend this dessert cafe for anyone seeking a delightful blend of sweet and savory delights in a charming open kitchen setting.

While the ambiance and service at the cafe were pleasant, i must admit that I didn’t find a standout favorite among the menu offerings. The taste of the items I tried was decent, but nothing particularly special. I believe there’s room for improvement in enhancing the flavors to create a more memorable cafe experience.

I appreciate the ambiance and service. I’m willing to give the cafe another try, hoping to explore more options and discover a dish that truly captivates my taste buds on future visits. (since i only try 3 dishes).

I’m intrigued by their watermelon jasmine cake 🍉, but unfortunately, it was sold out during my visit. I plan to return as i’ve heard great things about it. Looking forward to another visit to explore the full range of flavors :)
