The noodle is Surabayan type since this restaurant is originated from Surabaya. It is a family inherited recipe so it is different from other noodles. Mie Urat Sapi uses stewed beef tendon as the toppings which is full of flavor and soft.

The type of noodle used is thin and soft. This menu is the speciality which used minced chicken, mushroom, prawn, and fried cashew nut as the toppings. You cannot find this kind of menu in other noodle shops. Fyi, no pork and lard are used to create the food. GOOD NEWS: free noodle for your birthday celebration (T&C applied)
