CHICKEN STEAK with peppercorn and porcini mushroom sauce, french fries (140K) - Not a fan of grilled chicken steak but UNION could make it delicious with great mushroom sauce. and their french fries are really great (the star of the dish!). They’re using the salt and black pepper wisely without killing the chicken flavour like some other restaurant  (9/10)

BABY SPINACH SALAD with roasted pumpkin, charred corn and truffled sesame vinaigrette (95K) - ughhh I love this one! not too creamy or sweet, just a simple healthy salad in a good way. Extra love for the truffle sesame vinaigrette! (10/10) 

For the drinks, I choose the special one that is only exist in UNION MKG (brown sugar latte with coffee jelly - 45K) - just following the hype but it’s literally the same taste like I taste in other stores but prefer them better and found it too sweet for my liking (add extra ice cube twice for balancing). Nothing special, prefer their corn latte or es kopi lokal better. (6/10)

Place is a little bit dark especially at night, waiter quite attentive and cook fast. Good place for meet up with friends in a dim light. Overall the food taste amazing, like the other branch! Just have to manage their special drinks and I know they could make it better than just pouring much sugar inside 

Dua kali pergi ke monks, yang pertama ga sempet foto makanannya, but we do order ice salted caramel coffee and kue batu. kue batunya enak parah, unique taste and must order! Sayangnya lupa foto..

First impression about the place, tempatnya asik buat nongkrong or belajar! Tempatnya terang, cozy and warm. Bolelah. Apalagi lantai 2 - ada tempat duduk model ayunan gitu, so instagramable :)

For the drink, we ordered iced salted caramel coffee AGAIN and still ENAK BANGETT!!! kopinya berasa, salted caramel syrupnya juga berasa.. So good! kita sampe pesen 2x malam itu.

For the food, we ordered 2 portions of the best seller one which is 'GOJIRA BREAKFAST' (90K each) consists of 2 sausages, beef patty, pork bacon, smoked ham, corned hashbrown and garlic bread. Big feast but most of them taste not right. 
- Sausages: lumayan lah, at least better than the other and great portions of sausages.
- Garlic bread: keras banget padahal rasanya enakkk tapi sayangnya keras.
- Pork bacon and smoked ham: OMG TOO SALTY!! kayak ketumpahan garam, bener2 asin banget..
- Wakame: the highlight among all, taste great and fresh - padahal gaada di deskripsi menunya.
- Corned hashbrown: taste weird, ga sesuai dengan bayangan kita bentuk dan teksturnya.
- Beef patty: small portion, taste wise. 

To conclude, great place to study or chit chat with friends and very recommend for the coffee and cake, but please need high improvement especially the seasoning of each element in Gojira breakfast. I give extra 3 stars just for that coffee and cake!! 

Kalo soal tempat aku lebih prefer di branch satunya karena disini somehow lebih tertutup dan remang2. But for the food, I love the one in here way much better dan dari segi pelayanan juga lebih ramah. My food scoring wouldn't including the coffee. Akhir2 ini sering cobain makanan aneh2 jadi mau back to old favorite dulu:
JAPANESE BENEDICT (90K) - teriyaki chicken hamburg, porcini rice, dynamite hollandaise. Waktu pertama kali cobain dulu gila amaze sama kombinasinya dan sampe sekarang masi menjadi favorit makan siangku. Biasa benedict yang kita tau memang identik dengan gaya western jadi model japanese gini standout sih dan emang rasanya enak (terbukti dulu awal buka sgala jenis benedict dijual skrg sisa 2 yang bertahan) (10/10)

STEAK AND EGGS (145K) - fried egg, hanger steak, pickled shallots, picklet mushrooms, chimichurri and fries. Simple steak and egg yang perfectly execute. Tingkat kematangan daging sesuai, salt and pepper secukupnya and love their sauce! (8/10)
AVOCADO TOAST (85K) - smashed avocado, cherry tomato salad, poached egg and add on smoked salmon. Kalo misal gamau yang terlalu berat, pengen yang ringan dan ga enek bisa cobain yang ini. Aku suka sih, apalagi salmon n avocadonya, ga pelit  and tomatonya bikin all dish nyatu banget (8/10)

WATERFALL ICE COFFEE (45K) - coffee jelly, condensed milk, espresso. Randomly pesen karena namanya menarik dan ya rasanya biasa aja sih haha. Enak tapi ga wow gitu. Harusnya aku pesen teh aja karena makanan yang aku pesen uda berat (7/10) 

Kadang kalo makan di restoran yang menu antik itu antara enak banget ato fail banget, dan aku bisa bilang bottlenose ini salah satu yang unik tapi berhasil, tempatnya tersembunyi jadi ga banyak orang tau. Mereka harusnya bisa promosi lebih besar sih, enak banget soalnya dan harganya ya okelah karena porsinya juga banyak.

LONDON FOG CROFFLES (59K) - ini menurut aku must order menu untuk dessert. Jadi london fog itu semacem sweet vanilla latte with the hint of earl grey dan bukan kombinasi yang semua orang pasti bisa buat enak. Aku uda sering cobain beberapa london fog flavor bahkan ga di indo dan yang fail tuh like 9/10. Dan mereka bisa bikin ENAK!!! So yayy ini favorit sih, crofflesnya juga empuk kayak pancake digulung gitu yum. Perfect for sharing ini! (10/10) 

LASAGNA ROLL (91K) - kalo untuk main aku saranin pesen ini karena selain presentasinya unik, rasanya pun enak. Bold in flavor and fillingnya generous banget. Puas sih dan bener2 kenyang. Worth the price! (9/10)

CREAMY TRUFFLE MUSHROOM FETTUCINE (65K) - ini tipe makanan simple yang pasti enak jadi cari aman. Ya okelah, trufflenya bisa lebih bold lagi kalo menurutku, ini lebih dominan creamnya tapi okelah masi enak (8/10)

PASSION LAMACENTO (26K) - gasalah pesen sih minumnya bener2 seger. Kombinasi lemon and passion, tapi ga overly sour juga. Jadi pas aja karena kalo minum kopi/coklat gitu pasti enek, makanannya cenderung bold semua slny (8/10)

Pelayanannya cepet banget dan karena makanannya unik2 kalo waiternya gabisa explain bahaya hehe 😏😏

Hari ini lagi keliling jakarta ketemu client jadi isi perut dulu sebelum meeting. Kalo pengen makan sushi tapi lagi krisis, bisa makan di sushi go. Untuk kualitas ya okelah sesuai dengan harga hehe.. Enaknya disini gausa pusing soal harga karena sebagian besar dan terutama untuk sushinya itu 1 piring harganya 15K. Kali ini ga terlalu rame jadi kedapatan duduk di meja putar.

Aku pesen salmon suhi, aburi salmon sushi, aburi beef sushi sama fried nori roll with teriyaki sauce. Semua yang aku pesen adalah sushi aman yang semua resto bisa bikin enak sih dan no complaint menurutku mereka punya salmon lebi enak daripada sushi t*i bahkan. Dan yang paling menarik diantara empat itu adalah fried nori roll with teriyaki sauce - ENAAAK BANGETTT!!! apalagi teriyaki saucenya bener2 pas manisnya, bikin nagih sampe akhirnya pesen lagi 1 porsi haha..

Untuk pelayanan ya okelah, hoki sih ga antri biasanya waiting listnya panjang kek ular sampe males (mungkin karena efek weekday juga) haha.. Tapi kadang mereka suka salah itung plate, pernah aku makan banyak banget tapi bayar murah banget - untung baik kalo ga mereka rugi 300rb cuma dari meja aku aja. Karena makan sndiri jadi ya gamungkin slh itung sih hehe..

CREME BRULEE (52K) - one of my favorite from Brew and Else dessert, custard base dessert topped with a hard layer of caramel, served with thai ice cream, salted mascarpone cream and caramel popcorn. You could say that all my favorite elements served in one plate and it taste incredibly great as well (9/10) 

DECONSTRUCTED PINA COLADA (50K) - pineapple parfait, topped with meringue rocks, popping boba, popping candy, pineapple infused rum over coconut sauce and served with coconut sorbet. Definitely not a fan of pina colada but appreciate them to make it unique in presentation and taste. Surprisingly quite good and acceptable in my palate. Love thier coconut sorbet and popping boba most! (8/10) 

And ordered their ice salted caramel latte (42) as it hards to find this flavor at Jakarta and yeah quite enjoyable. But not too bold for their coffee, a mild drinker should be like it. (8/10)

The place itself is quite hidden and small, not many place to sit but cozy and the waiter is attentive and kind. Nice visit :)

A true definition of beautiful place and full of people as well. Great place to celebrate birthday or just having family dinner. The waiter is very attentive too. A little bit expensive for the food price but quite worth it because of their big portion. After having a long queue (even a minute after they open the gate), we decided to try some of their favourite menu.

SALMON AND TUNA PIZZA (135K) – crispy thin pizza with salmon and tuna topping. I’ve tried the expensive version at AB, but some friends told me that their pizza is delicious too so I give a try! And yes they’re absolutely right. Their crispy thin pizza is crunchy and that sashimi topping is fresh as well. Love it!  (10/10)

SUNSHINE CARAMELIZED PORK (120K) – cripsy fried pork belly with caramel sauce. Forget to take the pict! Sadly for this one is really dissapointing. The pork belly is too hard to chew and that caramel sauce is super sweet. The portion is so small yet it’s hard for me to finish the whole dish and the price is considering high as well. (5/10)

NASI CAMPUR BALI (120K) – house-roasted balinese suckling pig served with grilled kecombrang rice, pork satay, sambal matah and urap. Not all restaurant could make a great babi guling. First, I’m totally skeptical about that pricey babi guling – but it turns out to be a great dish. The portion is quite big and flavorful as well. (8/10) 

THE WONDER DUCK CRISPY KECOMBRANG (135K for half portion) – traditional of deep fried duck served with flavor kecombrang rice, urap and three sinful of sambal. It’s more worth it than that babi guling as the portion is big and that crispy duck is soooo good! Even though, I didn’t eat with that sambal, but the duck and rice itself is already delicious and a great combination! (9/10) 

CREAMY CHICKEN TRUFFLE DUMPLING (75K) – minced chicken with shitake mushroom filling served with mushroom and truffle cream sauce. My second favourite after that bbq pork chop. First thought that the color of this dumpling is too pale and I’m worried that ‘truffle’ is tasteless. But turns out it taste really great! And the price is below 100k so I’m happy. The cheapest yet one of the best!  (10/10)

ES KELAPA MUDA PANACOTTA (65K) – silky coconut pannacotta, cocopandan granita, white chocolate crumble, red ruby, sago pearls, coconut tuile. Pretty? Yes, it is. Delicious? Hmm.. not really. I found it’s too sweet, the combination actually is pretty good but all that sweet elements just kickin’ my palate so I couldn’t finish this dessert. Maybe if it’s less sweet, it would be great!  (7/10)

There’s a really good dish but couldn’t give perfect score for this restaurant because of 2 dishes that need improvement! But for most of the dish, keep it up because it’s delicious enough :)

I’m totally a big fan of gelato and there are a loots of gelato these days but I could count to 10 the great gelato shop in Jakarta.

I think Mooni is one of that 10, they didn’t have many unique flavour compare to other top shop but there gelato actually taste great! I think the best gelato that Mooni 100% success is their jasmine tea and chamomile passionfruit. I buy the small cup (1-2 flavour for 45k) and their gelato is mostly not too sweet.

The ambience and interior itself is quite comfy and bright, just a little comment for the waiter: please be more attentive and friendly. Would be back to try different flavour! 

After having some meeting, I'm hungry again so having early dinner in one of the famous chinese food in PIKAvenue. Let's talk about the food first! This is the second time I eat in Putien (the first time is at Neo soho branch) and I'm still amazed!
Stir fried yam (69K) – crispy brown on the outside with glutinous texture on the inside. Super love with this yam. And that sweetness from that yam elevate overall dish. Love it! (10/10)

Putien lor mee (78K) – that silky smooth noodles with 12 fresh ingredients full of flavor in that big bowl really warm our tummy. And plus that rich milky stock is a great add on to that lor mee (8/10)

Sweet and sour pork with lychee (99K) - A must try menu! I do enjoy this pork every bite of it. And that lychee component is very unique and add extra flavor and sweetness to that sweet and sour pork. Definitely a must try menu (10/10)
Shredded pork with sesame bun (29K/pc) – pillowy, golden fried sesame bun filled with stir fried shredded pork for savoury burst in every bite. What a great dish! Love the pork itself but put it in that sesame bun is totally delicious! (9/10)

Stir fried ceylon spinach with garlic (49K) – Least favorite dish absolutely. It’s just too blant and lack of flavourness for me (6/10)

Overall, their daily dish is a really delicious one (except the greens). The place is quite good but prefer the one in neo soho, more homey and spacious. The service is fast, they cook deliberately fast too, so yeah no complaint!
